Delivery, Returns & Cancellations
Standard delivery on all items is set at between 7-10 working days for domestic orders within the United Kingdom. All international orders are subject to a delivery time after ordering of between 10-12 working days.
Due to the current global circumstances, these orders may be held up at customs for an additional delay so please bear this in mind when ordering.
We hope you love your Skint Stuff product however if you’re not entirely satisfied with any of our products then we are happy to accept all returns within 14 days of your order being dispatched.
We only accept orders that are returned to us in a condition fit for sale. Please do not use a machete or chainsaw to open your package as we do not accept the return of any damaged goods. Once the product has arrived at our office we will arrange a refund or replacement according to your request. Delivery charges are non refundable.
Please contact us at email@example.com to inform us before you return a product, include why you are returning the product and order details so we know who you are.
If the product delivered to you is in any way faulty or if it is not what you ordered please contact us as soon as possible again at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Delivery charges will be refunded in these cases.
Any order cancelled before being dispatched will be fully refunded including delivery. Please ensure that you cancel your order as soon as possible to avoid your order being processed and thus subject to the returns procedure.
